CNC Machining

High-speed machining centers are used to increase accuracy and decrease lead-times. Virtually every step in the building process, from pocketing and drilling, to complex surface contour cutting, is done by CNC.
New cutter-path technologies allow us to program our CNC's to effectively use their high-speed machining capabilities. The integration of CAD/CAM with the shop floor ensures dimensional integrity throughout the entire mold building process. Cutter-path verification software is also used to maintain gouge-free tools.
